Brick was built in Downtown New Bedford in 2008 with only a wood-fired oven, 3 employees, 12 seats, and 1 pizza dream- to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to the area. We were fired up! And so was everyone who finally got the chance to experience REAL PIZZA. In our never-ending quest of constantly improving we expanded twice, started making our mozzarella fresh every morning from local curd, and continue to adjust our 4 ingredient dough from season to season all in an effort to make pizza smiles.
